Sarah Hayter joins the INVESTRUCTURE team with an array of experience in roles across the building and civil construction industry. A qualified civil and environmental engineer, Sarah has worked as a construction project manager, site engineer and civil estimator. She has distinctive insight of the full project delivery cycle from initial planning, commercial feasibility through to delivery and handover. With a focus on managing project risks and opportunities, and a solution-oriented working style, she has had key involvement in a diverse range of projects including civil and infrastructure, remediation, commercial building, hospitality venues, and social housing. Jazper Blizzard joins the INVESTRUCTURE team as an experienced project manager with15 years’ experience working for government authorities, tier one contractors, design consultants and management consultants. Through a client focused approach, Jazper has actively contributed to the success of a number of major infrastructure projects such as Rozelle Interchange, Sydney CBD and South East Light Rail, and Legacy Way. He is a Chartered Engineer and Certified Practicing Project Manager (CPPM), with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of managing complicated stakeholders to deliver beneficial outcomes in a timely manner. Paul Arthur MRICS joins the INVESTRUCTURE team bringing a wealth of experience in international infrastructure projects, with a talent for simplifying complex information for diverse audiences. His advanced expertise in applying commercial principles to major projects underpins his understanding of the critical role accurate cost reporting and project controls play—particularly in publicly funded initiatives. With experience on both the contractor and client sides, Paul has a comprehensive perspective on commercial processes and notably claims management. Welcome to the INVESTRUCTURE team Paul!

Jacqui Stone joins the INVESTRUCTURE team with extensive experience in infrastructure projects for major government clients in various roles in Australia and internationally. Her background is primarily in the transport sector, having worked at Transport for London (TfL) (UK) in various Engineering and Project Management roles across road and rail teams, with recent experience applying these skills to clients in NSW in sectors including Water, Energy and Transport. Jacqui has strong problem-solving skills and experience managing a range of stakeholders, projects and teams from early-stage project development through to delivery and handover.   Welcome to the INVESTRUCTURE team Jacqui!

Neville Moran l MBA joins the INVESTRUCTURE team with over 22 years’ experience in the leadership of complex and high-profile projects. Neville has applied his significant breadth and depth of experience to help clients define and structure planning and delivery strategies, resource teams to successfully implement those strategies, deploy robust project and program management leadership through delivery, and lead strategic communication and engagement with stakeholders.   He has been involved in numerous large infrastructure projects in Australia including the University of Newcastle’s Asset Management Program, School Infrastructure NSW Universal Preschool Infrastructure Program, Western Sydney International Airport, Sydney Light Rail, Barangaroo Reserve, Hume Highway Bypass Project, Networks Alliance, Hunter Expressway and the Upper Hunter Valley Alliance.   Welcome to the INVESTRUCTURE team Neville!

Ryan McPherson brings over 15 years of local and international experience to our Commercial Advisory team. His experience as a commercial leader spans Europe, the Middle East and Australia for both public and private sector clients on significant building and infrastructure projects.   He has a Masters of Construction Law and Adjudication, a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying, and he is a RICS registered Expert Witness and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.   Welcome to the INVESTRUCTURE team Ryan!
