🌍✨ Celebrating International Women’s Day 2025! ✨🌍 On IWD, we celebrate the remarkable women who are shaping our industry, leading with innovation, and driving progress every day.   This year’s theme, #AccelerateAction, is a powerful reminder that equity isn’t just about creating opportunities—it’s about breaking down barriers. At Qubist, we are committed to fostering a workplace where women thrive, lead, and inspire the next generation.   To mark this important day, we hosted an inspiring event featuring four incredible speakers who are leading change in their fields: ✨ Miranda Hall, Director at Cogent Consulting, reflected on her career journey, sharing how overcoming gender bias has shaped her as a leader. ✨ Lisa Maclean, Director at Stratelyst, explored the intersection of motherhood and career, highlighting the critical need for workplace flexibility. ✨ Lisa Granqvist, Senior Associate at Qubist, shared her experiences of challenging gender stereotypes early in her career and pushing for change. ✨ Natasa Gadzuric, Principal of Sustainable People Solutions, championed the role of male allyship in advancing gender equity and creating lasting impact. A huge thank you to our speakers, attendees, and all the advocates who continue to push for progress.
