Their nominations were: Sarah has been an absolute trooper keeping the wheels turning on the content team while they were without a manager. She has kept the teams spirits high, the work consistently awesome, and allowed her team to step and grow in the editing space. Sarah leads with love and empathy always and mentors her team so well. Agencies are only as good as the people inside them and it's people like Luke who remind us everyday that no matter how stressed you are or how much work you've got on your plate, there is always time to make someone laugh, to offer help to another colleague or to add to culture by killing the office with his dad jokes. He is always locked in and his passion is contagious. Only 4 months into the year and he'd already lead and dominated on his first media pitch.
