PrivateInvest is a non-bank lender, catering to wholesale and sophisticated investors. This role involves leading credit origination efforts, essential for expanding the company's footprint across the East Coast of Australia. They have spent over six years developing a robust platform that includes mandates with Family Offices for syndicated first mortgage debt facilities. PrivateInvest Credit's management team boasts extensive experience in property development, banking, and commercial debt, covering areas such as property equity, senior debt, mezzanine debt, preferred equity, and hybrid debt instruments. PrivateInvest manages a pooled, open-ended, unregistered Unit Trust for wholesale investors. The Fund's strategy is to identify lending opportunities and, following rigorous assessment, provide first mortgage finance to borrowers in the residential, commercial, and industrial property sectors across Australia focusing on loan sizes ranging from $3 million to $20 million. Additionally, PrivateInvest manages Select Trusts, which invest in multiple first mortgage loans on select properties.
