Weel is thrilled to announce the promotion of our very own Damon Hauenstein to the expanded role of CFO and COO. "Damon has played a pivotal role in building the frameworks and systems underpinning our recent growth, while leading our most critical strategic initiatives. I am confident that his expanded role will accelerate our growth trajectory,” said Daniel Kniaz, Founder and CEO of Weel. Damon joined Weel in 2022 as our inaugural Chief Financial Officer after over a decade at Citi, most recently as a Director in its global investment banking team. Damon will now oversee Weel’s daily operations alongside his existing CFO responsibilities. This exciting move caps a dynamic phase for us at Weel, as we also welcomed Marten Jagers as Chief Revenue Officer and Nina Putica as Head of Marketing to the senior leadership team earlier this year.
