Another successful month of STEPtember completed yet again at MBB Group! Throughout September, our people in NSW, VIC, QLD and SA joined the STEPtember movement, aiming to complete a minimum of 10,000 steps a day to raise funds and awareness for people with Cerebral Palsy. A big congratulations to our winning team of Job Tappouras, Charlie Hollis - FCIPS, Annika Wong and Mairead Stack who pulled together for a grand total of 2,023,804 steps across the month. Congratulations also go out to our individual leaders, Hélène L. who took out top fundraiser and Jorge Miravete who was our top stepper with a total of 586,717 steps. MBB Group will be matching the total funds raised by all of our teams, helping to provide vital funds to support people living with Cerebral Palsy. These funds go towards a wide range of incredible initiatives such as research, prevention, therapy and technologies to promote inclusion. 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟭𝟬 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗕𝗕 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽  Founded in 2014, MBB Group now comprises more than 170 industry experts across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and Auckland. Our team of recognised leaders in all aspects of strategy, development, project delivery and operations add value to our clients at every stage of the project lifecycle.  As a constantly evolving business, our new strategic partnership with iPLAN furthers our ability to offer high quality services within risk management and integrated project controls, and stretches our geographical reach around Australia and New Zealand and beyond. As we mark MBB’s 10th anniversary, we asked our team around Australia what they enjoy most about working at MBB. Here are the top 5 things that we do well: • Projects that matter – we enjoy contributing to interesting and challenging work that positively impacts communities, including renewable energy, social infrastructure, defence, ports, precincts and transport. • Our diverse, multi-lingual team hails from all corners of the globe – more than 30% of us were born in countries other than Australia (Europe, Asia, the Americas and Oceania). • A positive culture – supportive of employees’ needs for success; the flexibility to combine working remotely and onsite has been a gamechanger, allowing those of us with caring responsibilities to spend more precious moments with our families while building our careers. • A welcoming and collaborative workplace – the approachability of everyone, from our senior leadership team of Matthew Brook. Katrina Street, Robert Fields, Peter Jones and Shane Chidgzey to our managers and consultants, fosters learning, creative ideas and knowledge sharing. • We know how to have fun – a good laugh is never far away, making it a joy to come to work every day. A big thank you to all of our amazing people, clients, partners and the broader sector for your ongoing support over the last 10 years.  #iPLAN #infrastructure #strategy #projectcontrols #riskmanagement

R U OK? Day 2024 This week MBB Group staff took the time to come together, check in with one another and ask the simple but important question - “Are you OK?”. Days like today remind us how a simple conversation can change a persons life and how important it is to keep the conversations going. The teams came together over morning teas and walks, having meaningful conversations about the importance of reaching out to individuals and providing support to those who might be struggling, including themselves. We all have a role to play in building a community where people feel supported and connected. #RUOK #MentalHealth #RUOKDAY

Ride for Lives Sydney 2024   Yesterday, Ben T., Hannah McKay, Viet D., Job Tappouras and Robert Joannides joined our friends at Precision Sourcing in their annual fundraiser to help charity partner the Black Dog Institute achieve its vision for a mentally healthier world. Tragically, 3249 Australians lost their lives last year to suicide. To reflect each and every one of them Precision Sourcing and their wider talent community embarked on a 24/7 static bike and rower challenge to cycle and row 3249km over the 31 July – 2 August.    MBB Group joined the movement with the team contributing a distance of 153.95 kms cycling and rowing in 2 hours, and raising funds for this brilliant cause. Amazing effort from the team! #RideForLives2024
