What do Aussies want when it comes to the future of eCommerce? McCrindle were delighted to partner with Australia Post for the 10th edition of their Australia Post eCommerce Report. Some of the key findings: 🖱️ 48% of Australians shop online at least weekly 📆 74% of Gen Zs and Millennials shop via social media (almost half do this every week) 💫 Gen Z and Millennials say that discovering products and brands is one of the top 4 things they like about shopping on social media.
