Our Sydney office came together last week to celebrate Diwali, the largest Indian festival of the year. Our people dressed in vibrant colours, ate a feast of Indian dishes and sweets, received henna tattoos, tried on bangles and bindis, and took home decorated candles to light with their families. A special thanks to Anmol Saini and Jai Bhalla, ACA for sharing stories about the significance of Diwali, helping to foster a deeper sense of connection and community in the office. Happy Diwali to everyone who celebrated! May this festival of lights bring prosperity, joy, and abundance to all.

Partner Sean Wiles featured in Dynamic Business this week, offering practical tips for SMEs to manage cash flow and introduce disciplined working capital practices. “The shorter the working capital cycle, the faster the conversion of earnings to cash. This, in turn, increases liquidity and provides management teams with options during tougher trading conditions. The challenge is managing all parts of the cycle as efficiently as possible at the same time.” Read the full feature below, with thanks to the Dynamic Business team.
