At MMS, our purpose is clear: To make a difference to people's lives.
About us
With eight brands across the employee benefits, fleet management and disability support industries, MMS employs around 1300 people in Australia and New Zealand. Established in 1988, MMS blazed the trail for salary packaging in Australia, and we have grown from a small family business to the ASX-listed house of brands we are today. At MMS, we're proud of our history, our heart, and our commitment to making a difference to people's lives. We care because people matter. We collaborate because the greatest achievements are made together, and we continuously create because some of the best innovations have yet to be imagined. Our vision – to be a trusted partner that provides solutions in making complex matters simple – reflects our strong nationwide presence and the many long-term clients we partner with including Federal and State governments and some of the largest public and private sector, health and charitable organisations.

McMillan Shakespeare (MMSG) is committed to being a responsible, inclusive and low carbon business that delivers positive outcomes for customers, employees, shareholders and the communities in which we work. Sustainability is an important component of our strategy and aligns with our purpose of making a positive difference to people’s lives. Today we launched our FY24 Sustainability Report. MMS embarked on its first sustainability strategy in FY21 and implemented important initiatives such as the MMS Sustainability Committee, Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and Accessibility and Inclusion Plan (AIP) Working Groups to help drive the strategy. Since that time, MMS has continued its sustainability approach progressing the strategy and defining sustainability pillars and annual deliverables. If you would like to know more about MMS' sustainability journey, just message Tracey Capper, Adam Morrison or Helene Gordon or read the report here https://lnkd.in/gvCKCqEv #sustainability #sustainablebusiness #reputation

This interview with Dr. James Allen, discussing Gallagher’s latest Workplace Wellbeing Index, is so helpful for HR professionals. It really deep dives into what the new research tells us about turning the dial on employee wellbeing, particularly when it comes to the thing that’s on everyone’s mind: personal finances. https://lnkd.in/gZCvqPDe #HR #EmployeeBenefits

We want your help. We are seeking expressions of interest for MMS’ next Reconciliation Action Plan artist. Our first RAP Reflect in June 2022 artwork was created by the amazing Judi Sutton. We are now now transitioning to the next RAP stage Innovate, which will help guide us in progressing our reconciliation journey. We are looking for an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander artist to create an artwork that will be MMS’ feature Innovate RAP artwork. If this is of interest to you or you know someone who would be interested, please contact us at Sustainability@mmsg.com.au to receive our Expression of Interest. EOI closes on Friday 4th October 2024 at 5pm AEST. #art #reconciliation

Great to have McMillan Shakespeare (MMSG) Robert De Luca on ausbiz this morning talking to the MMS results and how our salary packaging and novated leasing products are helping more and more working Aussies to manage the cost of maintaining a vehicle and increase their disposable income during the current cost-of-living pressures. https://lnkd.in/gWwmDh-z
