This International Women's Day, UN Women Australia has chosen ‘March Forward’ for gender equality as its theme for 2025. The theme is apt, because it is about commitment and progress, and always improving. At MedHealth, we’re fortunate that 77% of our team are women who make a strong contribution to our ongoing success. On this day, and every day, we are all the better for their commitment to supporting Australians achieve better life, work and health outcomes. #IWD25 #InternationalWomensDay #MarchForward #Inclusion #GenderEquality

We brought all our Sydney CBD based teams together under one roof a couple of months ago. Since that time, we have loved working in the same space, getting to know one another and all the benefits that come from sharing ideas. Last week, we were lucky enough to host Adam Goodes of the incredible GO Foundation - The Goodes O'Loughlin Foundation to officially open our space. Uncle Michael West from the Metropolitan Local Aboriginal Land COuncil provided an amazing Welcome to Country, helping us learn about and honour Country. And OzHarvest, who we are so proud to support, provided the catering, delivering more meals to more Australians with every dollar. There are so many stories we can tell... about how we all came to be there, about the land we are on, about the workplace design that Katrina Hooker pulled together, about the MedHealth team members who worked so hard on the project, about Natalie Abraham's artwork (and that's a beautiful story)... in the end it's all about connections. #TeamMembers #Connections #GOFoundation #OzHarvest KHID #MLALC Tim Morphy Charlene Davison Michael West Julia Gove Keith Brown Catherine Gunning Jay Wathen Elke Gjergja Sarah Hilt Linda Collard Graeme Taylor Steve Wilkinson Kate Thomas Jack Miari Frank Marcy

Our Sydney CBD teams recently moved into a new office, where we are celebrating our literal and metaphorical connections. Guided by incredible Wadi Wadi artist Natalie Abraham, many of our team members contributed to the beautiful artwork she created for us in our staircase – ‘Journey of Connection’. We now have a meaningful representation of what it means to be all under one roof in this place we are lucky enough to work in, as well as celebrating our connections to our clients, customers and community. You can find more of Nat's work via Instagram create.ripples or search for 'Create Ripples' on your search engine. The artwork also features a recreation of the symbol we use in the MedHealth Reconciliation Action Plan, which was created by Justine Kinney and used here with her permission. Thank you Justine Kinney. #Inclusion #Collaboration #NewOffice #Connections #CreateRipples #NatalieAbraham #JourneyOfConnection #WadiWadi #AboriginalArtist #GadigalCountry

On this day, we pause in silence to remember the bravery and sacrifice of the people who lost their lives while serving Australia and its allies in wars, conflicts and peace operations. Our veterans are always in our thoughts, and we continue to support many of them through meaningful partnerships like IPAR's and MedHealth’s with Invictus Australia, helping to strengthen the physical and mental wellbeing of veterans and their families. Lest we forget. #remembranceday #veterans #commemoration #lestweforget #InvictusAustralia

Thank you to this amazing group of people, who facilitated a smooth move into new office space for our Sydney CBD teams. Their work meant the rest of us could simply arrive, plug in and enjoy from day one. Our new Sydney home is across two interconnected floors and brings many of our people under the one roof for the first time. As our CEO Tim Morphy said when welcoming everyone on Monday, the workplace has been set up for our team members, to encourage community, connection and collaboration. Extra thanks to Elke Gjergja, Graeme Taylor, Jack Miari, Steve Wilkinson, Kate Thomas and Frank Marcy for project management and hands-on hard work. #collaboration #WorkplaceCulture #connection

Last week, OzHarvest Sydney HQ came to life as over 100 proud supporters joined us to celebrate the incredible impact we’ve achieved together nourishing communities and reducing food waste. Delicious canapés from our Food Truck floated around the room as everyone mingled with our team and each other, discovering all the ways they can further their impact—from food rescue and waste reduction through to advocacy and education. We loved hearing how many of you left inspired after a magical evening, including Elke Gjergja, Executive Director of Corporate Services at MedHealth who shared, “We’re thrilled to be proud supporters of OzHarvest, chosen by our team members as the charity of choice for the next three years. It was such a wonderful evening—we loved gaining deeper insight into OzHarvest’s programs, and the food was just amazing!" Curious about how you can get involved and support OzHarvest’s mission?
