Occupying the entire top floor of the re-imagined boutique luxury hotel Parnell House in Newcastle East, the Parnell Penthouse Collection by WINIM featured just two ultra luxury apartments. Framing the residences as twin penthouses 'Dune and Sand' formed the overarching narrative by which we created a campaign celebrating both luxury and location. Tasked with naming, branding, launching and marketing the hotel we developed an overarching identity that challenged convention at every turn, designed to be deliberately provocative to cut through the crowded Brisbane accomodation market.
