The Mentoring Event last night was a remarkable success! Annette Gray, a renowned coaching and leadership expert, shared insights on the Coaching Approach to Mentorship. We delved into Solution-Focused Mentoring, the art of Active Listening, Outcome-focused conversations, Cross-generational collaborations, and Reverse Mentoring. The audience's active participation was truly inspiring, with many expressing how the practice session enhanced their understanding of this approach. Witnessing the event unfold and positively impact industry leaders, emerging talents, and engineers was a humbling experience. The evolving landscape of mentoring demands adaptability, emphasizing the importance of holding space for mentees and peer mentors to navigate challenges and refrain from imposing wisdom. A heartfelt thank you to Jamie Burrage, GM Sydney Division, and Samantha Zdjelar Zdjelar, GM for Customer Experience, for their invaluable sponsorship in making this event a resounding success.
