Neue Media recently led the public relations strategy for Gray Puksand's design transformation of 412 St Kilda Road, achieving coverage in tier-one news publications including The Age, The Sydney Morning Herald, and The Urban Developer, resulting in a total readership of 14.9m. The Eynesbury Winter Festival transformed the town’s historic homestead into a winter wonderland for a two-week festival of school holiday events, hosted by our client Resimax Group. Neue Media led the public relations strategy and execution for the festival, securing broadcast, digital and print coverage across major outlets including Nine News Melbourne, 7NEWS Australia Melbourne, TimeOut Group Melbourne, Forte Magazine and Visit Victoria. Coverage reached an audience of more than 3.5 million, achieving an ASR of over $68,000AUD. Stories placed included pre-promotion of the annual Winter Solstice celebration headlined by local resident Lenny Pearce, a Kids Fun Day hosted by Olympic gold medallist Steve Hooker, and a penalty shootout with Western United FC. Construction has officially commenced at Highett Common! Neue Media was proud to oversee the end-to-end management of the project's recent sod-turning ceremony. The event brought together key stakeholders from Sunkin Property Group, ClarkeHopkinsClarke Architects, Tract Consultants, SK Construction, and Coco Republic to mark this exciting step in the delivery of the sustainable residential precinct. Upon completion, Highett Common will deliver a 9.3-hectare precinct featuring architecturally designed apartments and townhomes, state-of-the-art resident amenities, and over 4 hectares of public green space. On the opening night of National Gallery of Victoria's 2024 Melbourne Design Week, our client Gray Puksand hosted an insightful panel on the importance of considered design in healthcare environments. The panel of design specialists and healthcare experts explored how intentional design can enhance the retention and support of healthcare staff whilst prioritising patient care outcomes. Key takeaways included the benefits of promoting a strong connection to nature, how logical and intuitive wayfinding can mitigate patient anxiety, and the importance of consulting with a range of end-users to achieve better outcomes for both staff and patients.
