Fabryka Wody w Szczecinie jest kompleksem, na który składają się dwa budynki wkomponowane w zielono-niebieską infrastrukturę. Pierwsza z budowli pełni funkcje związane z głównym przeznaczeniem aquaparku — zgodnie z oczekiwaniami znajdują się tam między innymi baseny, zjeżdżalnie oraz saunarium. Druga zaś, funkcjonująca pod nazwą Centrum Edukacyjnego pełni dość nietypową jak na park wodny rolę — jest to bowiem przestrzeń o funkcji kulturalno-dydaktycznej. W obu kondygnacjach można podziwiać membranowy festiwal rozwiązań NEWMAT Plafonds et Murs Tendus m.in panele lustrzane MIRODAL mirror, sufity akustyczne NEWACOUSTIC, podświetlone panele NEWLIGHT, sufity imitujące gwieździste niebo, kolumny transparentne o długości 10 m i najwięksaz na świecie tego typu konstrukcję tworząca gigantyczną cząsteczkę wody zawieszoną w powietrzu. Z ostatniej minuty, centrum wodnej rekreacji Fabryka Wody nominowane zostało do nagrody architektoniczne World Architecture Festival 2024 w kategorii „Sport”. Newmat's contribution to Emanuel Synagogue's $7.5m restoration Work began back in 2022 on the $7.5 million project, which saw a new wraparound balcony that opens up to other areas of the campus, skylights to bring in more natural light, reorienting seats for better viewing of services and enhancements to the building’s acoustics, lighting and air conditioning. Newmat supplied and installed 24 translucent recess membranes including 8 translucent skylights totalling to 186m2. “With a growing and evolving community comes the need for expansion, improvement and modernisation,” says President Alex Lehrer. President Lehrer also said the building’s restoration, refurbishment and reinvigoration “represents a critical milestone in our wider campus redevelopment strategy”.
