The Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee is an independent office that provides information and services to the Northern Territory community in the areas of guardianship, advance personal planning, wills and estates, financial management and related matters. Under the leadership of the NT’s Public Guardian, you will undertake advocacy for and decision making with adults with impaired decision-making capacity who are involved with the Public Guardian.
