  • 🌟 Did you know? This year marks the 35th anniversary of OceanaGold! 🎉 Our journey began in 1990 with our foundational asset, the Macraes Operation on the South Island of New Zealand. Fast forward 35 years and we have expanded our portfolio to 4 operating mines: Macraes and Waihi (both in NZ), Didipio (Philippines) and Haile (USA). Our success is rooted in safe and responsible mining, delivering steady production while upholding the highest environmental and social standards, and our most valuable asset — our people, who lead the way in operational excellence. ✨ #OceanaGold35 #TeamOceanaGold #OGC #ResponsibleMining

  • Since mining began at our Waihi Operation in New Zealand, we proudly produced over 8 million ounces of gold, establishing a strong foundation for future operations. In January, analysts and investors toured the site and witnessed first-hand our commitment to operational excellence at the existing Martha underground mine and plans for construction of the Waihi North Project, which includes the new Wharekirauponga underground mine. With a current 15-year mine life and exciting exploration possibilities ahead, the future at Waihi is rich with opportunities! 🎥 Watch our video to learn more: https://lnkd.in/g64NHr9K #WaihiOperation #MiningExcellence #OGC #InvestinOGC

  • Another fantastic year at Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) has wrapped up! We had the pleasure of hosting New Zealand’s Minister for Resources, Hon. Shane Jones for breakfast in Toronto during the conference where he met with over 50 investors and analysts. During the breakfast, Minister Jones highlighted how crucial Fast-track Approvals are for boosting New Zealand’s economy, and expressed confidence in the Government’s ability to meet targeted review timelines. Our Waihi North Project is leading the way as New Zealand’s third Fast-track submission, and the first resource project submission. With gold now recognized as a critical mineral in New Zealand, we're excited for what lies ahead. #PDAC2025 #Waihi #InvestinOGC #OGC

  • Today, we released results from five drillholes at our Wharekirauponga exploration and resource conversion program in New Zealand. Additionally, we officially submitted our Fast-track application for the Waihi North Project. This submission is in-line with our targeted timeline to be permitted by late 2025. Stay tuned for more updates.   Highlight drill intercepts include (estimated true width): - 6.3 m @ 8.7 g/t Au from 450.0 m, EG Vein (WKP135) - 1.7 m @ 24.6 g/t Au from 373.3 m, EG HWS Vein (WKP135) - 3.5 m @ 14.0 g/t Au from 457.0 m, EG Vein (WKP132A) - 5.7 m @ 5.3 g/t Au from 516.6 m, EG Vein (WKP136A) - 3.8 m @ 4.0 g/t Au from 567.8 m, EG Vein (WKP136) Gerard Bond, President & CEO of OceanaGold, said "Today's results continue to demonstrate the continuity and upside potential at Wharekirauponga beyond the 1.2 Moz of Reserves we declared with the PFS in December 2024. Continued growth of Wharekirauponga through drilling and exploring for further discoveries in the district in 2025 is one of the best investments we can make and we look forward to the potential to continue to grow the resource. Additionally, the submission of our application for the Waihi North Project under the Fast-track Approvals Act is a significant milestone for us and is a testament to the years of hard work, preparation and studies that have gone into this submission. We are excited to now be one step closer to advancing this great project and look forward to unlocking the value of Wharekirauponga for all of our stakeholders." • Our team was at the BMO Global Metals, Mining & Critical Minerals Conference, meeting with investors this week. We discussed our 20% growth outlook by 2026, the recent doubling of our dividend, and our commitment to increased share buybacks. There's growing excitement for our Pisces discovery at Haile in South Carolina and what this could mean for additional underground ore sources in the future. • Exciting news out today from our exploration and resource conversion drilling at our Haile Gold Mine in the United States. We are pleased to announce an exciting new discovery called Pisces, which is close to existing underground infrastructure and remains open in multiple directions. Drill highlights include (core length): Pisces (initial drilling, located 300 m from Horseshoe)  - 44.2 m @ 10.9 g/t Au (DDH1267) - 9.4 m @ 44.1 g/t Au (DDH1269) - 42.7 m @ 6.1 g/t Au (DDH1257) Horseshoe (definition drilling) - 12.9 m @ 50.1 g/t Au (UGD0073) - 31.9 m @ 11.7 g/t Au (UGD0075) - 21.7 m @ 7.3 g/t Au (UGD0069) - 19.4 m @ 6.7 g/t Au (UGD0077) - 19.2 m @ 6.5 g/t Au (UGD0063) - 22.6 m @ 5.3 g/t Au (UGD0065) - 7.4 m @ 16.1 g/t Au (UGD0072) Gerard Bond, President & CEO of OceanaGold, said "Today's exciting new discovery at Haile continues to demonstrate the exceptional return on investment we receive from exploration. While still early-days at the Pisces discovery, we are excited about its size potential and it remains open in multiple directions. Pisces is close to existing and planned underground infrastructure, which may provide benefits from a mining perspective. Due to the phenomenal exploration success we have seen at Haile recently, including Pisces, Horseshoe and Ledbetter Phase 4, we increased the 2025 exploration budget at Haile by 20% to $10M, the largest exploration budget at Haile since the mine has been in production. This supports our strategy of increasing shareholder value through the drill bit." Full details: https://lnkd.in/ekrMuWKT #HaileGoldMine #OGC #InvestinOGC #GoldExploration
