🌿Orens Capital Lunar New Year Luncheon: Embracing Prosperity in the Year of the Snake🌿 On 7 February 2025, Orens Capital welcomed the Year of the Snake with an exclusive luncheon, uniting our capital partners to celebrate tradition, reflect gratefully on the past year, and embrace a prosperous year ahead. Our luncheon began with a Baijiu toast, as founder and director Jimmy Zhang warmly introduced each partner. More than a drink, Baijiu symbolises connection and trust, reflecting Orens Capital’s celebration of another successful year. A highlight of the event was the signing of 福 (fú), a symbol of fortune and prosperity in Chinese culture. Guests used golden ink to add their names to a shared artwork and received a keepsake 福, representing trust, unity, and shared success. As we celebrated the past year, we also looked ahead with optimism to another year of growth and partnership. We are excited to launch the Orens Capital Deep Dive Series—a curated event series providing exclusive insights into real-world success stories. Through in-depth case studies, immersive site visits, and firsthand knowledge from industry thought leaders, this series will go beyond theory to deliver practical expertise and invaluable resources. Year of the Snake—together we navigate. Together, we succeed. 🌿Orens Capital’s Clyde North Echo Fund completed its first capital raise🌿 We are excited to announce that Orens Capital’s Clyde North Echo Fund (“Fund”) completed its first capital raise. The Fund is invested in approximately 7 hectares in Melbourne’s southeast, within the Urban Growth Zone (UGZ). This residential development is now at its final stage of authority approval, with marketing and civil works set to commence in late 2024. Located in a rapidly growing area of the City of Casey LGA, this project benefits from significant infrastructure investments by Australia’s largest residential developers, including Stockland, Mirvac, Brown Property Group, Frasers, and Balcon. The suburb is set to experience a significant population increase over the next decade as outlined in the Precinct Structure Plan approved by the Victorian Planning Authority (VPA) in the 2010s. We extend our sincere gratitude to our investors, partners, and stakeholders for their invaluable contributions in bringing this project to fruition. We look forward to the growth and opportunities this project will bring.
