It's been another positive and eventful quarter for PARKD (ASX: PKD) as reported by our Managing Director Peter McUtchen "I am delighted to see another positive quarter for PARKD, marking the third consecutive quarter of growth this financial year, and an improvement in our cash position. Q4 saw a significant uplift in construction activity with our Audi Centre Perth Myaree and Forward St projects. These are both proof-of-concept projects necessary to advance a formal agreement and partnership between PARKD and Fielders Pty Ltd (“Fielders”). The projects are both on-track and the progress we are seeing is extremely exciting for the team, our suppliers, the clients and Fielders. They are a validation of our technology and the PARKD system as it comes to life. The establishment of PARKDs prefabrication and assembly facility to support our projects and further development has allowed PARKD to protect project profitability and plan construction programs with greater certainty. PARKD (ASX:PKD) Following our recent signing of binding terms with Fielders (a division of BlueScope (ASX: BSL)) we are delighted to announce John Hughes Group has instructed us to commence construction of a $4.3M three storey car storage facility in Victoria Park Perth. This project is a significant step for the company in delivering it's core Car Park Structural System product to the market and as the second proof-of-concept project towards the commercialization of its Metal Deck Connection System with Fielders. PARKD Managing Director, Peter McUtchen, said: “I am delighted to see the timing of this contract award coincide with the commencement of our bind licencing terms with Fielders and the desire of both companies to complete two projects using our patent protected connection system with the Slimdek 210tm Fielders product before making this system available to the broader construction market.
