    It's easy to overlook the impact of candidate experience, but the data shows it plays a pivotal role in recruitment success. 🔍 According to Recruiter Insider, 86% of AUS/NZ candidates who accepted job offers rated their interview experience with hiring managers between 90-100 (measured across five key areas). In contrast, only 9.6% accepted job offers when their experience fell between 80-90. The takeaway? 💡 44% of jobs were filled when candidates scored their interview experience between 90-100, while only 31% were filled with scores between 80-90. The candidate experience isn’t just a "nice to have"—it directly impacts your placements and business results.     One of the biggest misconceptions in recruitment is that the candidate experience doesn’t matter. The truth is, it matters a lot—and it’s something every organisation needs to prioritise. Recent data from Recruiter Insider reveals: 👉 87% of UK candidates who accepted job offers rated their interview experience with hiring managers between 90-100 (across five specific metrics). 👉Only 9.9% of candidates accepted job offers when their experience was rated between 80-90. What makes this even more impactful: 💡 32% of jobs were filled when candidates scored their experience between 90-100, but only 25% were filled when the experience fell to 80-90. For businesses looking to succeed, delivering an outstanding candidate experience is essential. It’s not just about doing the right thing for your candidates and clients; it’s about improving your business results.

    In Q2, we were thrilled to see a promising trend — the number of client interviews required per placement was dropping, meaning quicker wins for everyone. 🙌 But as we dive into Q3, the story has changed. 📈 In June, we averaged 3.1 interviews for each placement. However, in July, that number spiked to 3.94! We saw a slight dip to 3.27 in August, only for it to climb again to 3.87 in September. So what’s going on? 🤔 As we gear up for the final quarter of the calendar year, I’d love to hear your predictions.     The Q3 Hiring Manager Insights Report is Now Available! One key finding from the Q3 report? Hiring managers are still struggling to sell the benefits of the role when meeting candidates. In Q2, we found that hiring managers scored 90.03 in this area, showing room for improvement. Unfortunately, in Q3, that score has dropped further to 89.88. While this may seem like a small dip, it highlights a persistent issue: hiring managers aren't communicating the full value of working for their business during interviews. This can have a direct impact on a candidate's decision to accept the offer—or look elsewhere. In today's competitive talent market, it's more important than ever to not just evaluate candidates, but to sell the role, the culture, and the benefits that set your organisation apart. 🔍 Curious about the other insights from Q3?
