Resource Mining Corporation Limited (ASX:RMI) has entered into a funding agreement with RiverFort Global Capital Ltd, securing up to A$1 million in a bridging loan to support exploration at the Mpanda Copper-Gold Project in Tanzania. The agreement provides an initial A$500,000 upon execution, with potential further drawdowns. The loan, which has a four-month term, carries a 10% interest rate and is secured by a first-ranking general security over RMI and its subsidiaries. RMI will issue 5 million options, exercisable at A$0.0225 per share, and may issue up to 100 million shares under the agreement, depending on the loan’s repayment terms. If the loan is not repaid in cash, it may convert into a convertible note with flexible conversion terms. We're pleased to announce more very high-grade Cu-Au laboratory results from ongoing exploration at our highly prospective 75%-owned 1,056 km² Mpanda Copper-Gold Project in Tanzania. Highlights 🔷Further sampling and mapping of small-scale mine workings was conducted over the Mpanda Project 🔷Rock samples have returned spectacular gold and copper grades including; ➡️36.7g/t Au and 11.89% Cu from Kabungu ➡️20.98g/t Au and 4.36% Cu from Kabungu ➡️16.42g/t Au and 4.79% Cu from Kabungu ➡️15.38 g/t Au and 10.44% Cu from Kabungu ➡️11.44g/t Au and 2.76% Cu from Kabungu ➡️6.18g/t Au and 3.59% Cu from NW of Kapalala ➡️3.2g/t Au from NW of Stalike 🔷16 rock chip samples were taken from small-scale mines located within RMC’s tenements. Five samples exceeded 11g/t Au and two exceeded 10% Cu 🔷 Mapping and sampling of multiple small-scale mines is part of the Company’s broader exploration strategy to better understand the extent of Mpanda’s copper-gold mineralisation system 🔷There are several small-scale mines across Mpanda forming a North West – South East trend. Initial assays from the inaugural reverse circulation (RC) drilling campaign of Resource Mining Corporation Limited at the highly prospective #MpandaProject in Tanzania have confirmed the presence of #gold and #copper.  Drilling was conducted at four prospects within the Mpanda Project area - #Mpanda #Ndogo, #Stalike, #Kabungu and #Vikonge - and comprised 13 RC holes for a total of 723 metres. Assays from 8 drill holes included significant intercepts from the Kabungu Prospect of 4 metres at 2.5 g/t gold and 0.5% copper from 39 metres and 2 metres at 0.74 g/t gold from 47 metres.  The intercepts are part of a 2-kilometre geochemical anomaly that remains untested along strike. We're pleased to announce that we have received the initial assay results from our inaugural RC drilling campaign at the highly prospective Mpanda Cu-Au Project in Tanzania. Assay results from eight drill holes included significant intercepts in hole MPRC0007 from the Kabungu Prospect of 4m at 2.5g/t Au and 0.5% Cu from 39m and 2m at 0.74g/t Au from 47m. Executive Chairman, Asimwe Kabunga, said: “The maiden drilling program has provided a very positive start to the exploration works within this greenfields copper-gold area where no drilling has been recorded in the past. Resource Mining Corporation Limited (ASX:RMI) has kicked off its inaugural drilling campaign at the highly prospective Mpanda Copper-Gold Project in Tanzania with an exploration reverse circulation (RC) program of 12-14 holes. RMC has mobilised an RC drill rig to the project area and has started drilling at the Mpanda Ndogo Prospect. The drilling of holes to depths of 70-100 metres is expected to be completed within 2-3 weeks with results from the program to be released by RMC as they become available. This program will test numerous high-grade targets defined by soil, auger, trench, geological mapping, channel and rock sampling.
