𝗤𝘂𝗲𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗱 – 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗙𝗘𝗘𝗗 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝘆 We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) study for the Dianne Copper Mine Restart, marking a key milestone under the Queensland Government’s A$1.3 million Critical Minerals and Battery Technology Fund grant. This grant, awarded in early 2024, has enabled us to fast-track critical technical and design workstreams, including column-scale leach testwork, test cathode copper production, process infrastructure design and finalisation of the Process Flow Diagram. The completion of this metallurgical and engineering program strongly supports the project’s technical viability and future processing mechanics. The final milestone for full grant receipt - the completion of Dianne site engineering design - is expected in the coming months. Meanwhile, we continue to advance key workstreams toward a targeted Final Investment Decision and first LME-grade cathode copper output in 2025, funding dependent. Managing Director, Pat Williams commented: “I would again like to give my sincere thanks to both the Queensland Government and the personnel administering the QCMBTF. Their identification of the Dianne Copper Mine Project as a worthy recipient of this grant funding is also an excellent validation of the outstanding opportunity that this capital-lite, imminent copper production restart opportunity offers to all our shareholders and stakeholders.” Read the full announcement here: https://bit.ly/41xN6iZ #RevolverResources #RRR #Copper #Exploration #Mining #ASX #CriticalMinerals #Mining #Queensland #DianneCopperMine #BatteryMetals

Today we announced that A$500,000 in additional working capital has been successfully secured via a non-dilutive 1% gross revenue royalty over future production from the Dianne Copper Mine Project. This agreement covers all six mining leases that comprise the Dianne Copper Mine, supporting our efforts to restart the mine. This royalty financing provides us with a funding source that minimises shareholder dilution. We also see potential for further royalty sales from the Dianne Copper Mine. Our key workstreams are advancing toward a Final Investment Decision (FID) in the coming months, with first LME-grade cathode production expected in 2025. Pat Williams, Managing Director, commented, “This royalty financing delivers us ongoing incremental working capital as we progress our broader project finance initiatives for the Dianne Copper Mine restart. We continue to advance commercial discussions with respect to predominantly asset/JV level funding of the Dianne restart. While these discussions are ongoing, definitive terms remain to be finalized. The Dianne Copper Mine restart represents a relatively low development risk, capital-lite production opportunity for Revolver. We are resolutely focused on its successful delivery over the next 12 months.” Read the full announcement here: https://bit.ly/3EquKXI #RevolverResources #RRR #Copper #Exploration #Mining #ASX

As 2024 comes to a close, Revolver Resources reflects on another productive year with meaningful advances in the exploration and development of our two high-potential Queensland copper assets. At Osprey, we completed 2,000 metres of reconnaissance drilling, revealing copper endowment ranging from 0.1% to 3.7%, and identified high-priority IOCG and Mt-Isa style targets for future drilling. At Dianne, we advanced key workstreams, including a promising column leach program simulating full-scale copper heap leach conditions. Early results from the six-month continuous test showed low abrasion, low fines content and low acid consumption, with both oxide and transition materials on track to achieve +85% recovery within 6-9 months, and even faster with enhanced conditions. The final results of the column leach test are expected in Q1 2025. We are also moving closer to restarting mining operations at the Dianne Mine, with plans for a heap leach / SX-EW processing facility and copper cathode production targeted in the second half of 2025. Additionally, we secured a A$1.3 million grant from the Queensland Government to support Dianne's development. As we look ahead to 2025, Revolver Resources is well-positioned to build on this momentum. Our strategic projects coupled with a dedicated team set the stage for the coming year. We extend our thanks to our stakeholders for their ongoing support. Pat Williams #RevolverResources #RRR #Copper #ASX #ThankYou

𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 Revolver Resources is pleased to share the excellent results from our column leach testwork program for the Dianne Copper Mine Project in northwest Queensland. This six-month program, designed to replicate full-scale heap leach conditions, demonstrates the strong technical and economic potential of this project. The initial testwork on oxide and transition materials from the Dianne Deposit has delivered copper recoveries exceeding 85% within the targeted residence timeframe of six to nine months. Under enhanced leach conditions, recovery rates reached or surpassed 85% in just four to five months, reinforcing the project’s operational efficiency. Additional key findings include low abrasion indices that minimise plant wear, low fines content (5-10%), excellent heap leach amenability and significantly lower acid consumption of 10-15 kg/t compared to typical Australian operations, which range from 20-40 kg/t. With column leach testwork scheduled to conclude in Q4 2024 and final results expected in Q1 2025, the Dianne Project is advancing steadily toward a targeted Final Investment Decision in the coming months. Subject to funding, we are on track to achieve first copper cathode production in the second half of 2025. Managing Director, Pat Williams, commented: “We are extremely pleased with the initial outcomes from the process and column leach testwork undertaken to date on various samples from the Dianne Deposit. To be on track to achieve our target recoveries and residence times in a standard leach environment, and then surpass them in an enhanced setting, is a strong validation of the technical and economic opportunity afforded to us by the Dianne Copper Mine Project.” Read the full announcement here: https://bit.ly/3CXho4Q #RevolverResources #RRR #Copper #Exploration #Mining #ASX
