With nearly 20 years of experience in investment management and distribution, George brings a wealth of expertise that will play a pivotal role in driving our fundraising efforts and supporting the growth of our portfolio companies.     George joins us from Ophir Asset Management, where he served as Chief Executive. During his tenure, he led non-investment operations, successfully launched new products and helped the firm triple its funds under management. It was also a big year for the Scarcity GP Access Fund which completed 3 transactions, taking minority stakes in:   Evidentia Group – an outsourced Chief Investment Officer business serving financial advice practices across Australia Privity Credit (formerly Dinimus) - a long established private credit manager specialising in direct lending to mid-market corporates in Australia and New Zealand January Capital – a venture and growth capital investor specialising in growing software businesses across APAC 2025 is tipped to be an even more robust year for activity. Founded by Benjamin Dunphy, Jason Edwards, and Jonathan Hodson, January Capital now holds over A$500 million AUM, with a portfolio of more than 60 companies collectively valued at over A$12.5 billion.
