I am proud to share a recently completed concept design project I completed for Ray White Metro North, based in Albion, Brisbane. David Treloar leads the successful and growing Ray White Metro North real estate business in Albion. He engaged Skewed to design his office fit out for his growing team. I sat down with David and his team to understand their current and future needs as a business. David also provided details on the style he wanted the design to be inspired by. After the briefing I developed several concept plans, paired with 3d visualisation to present to David to obtain further feedback and drive the design discussion forward. Further concepts were prepared and presented, with a final meeting confirming the preferred design and minor tweaks to close out the concept design and the project. The imagery is of the final design option, which maintains the existing floor finishes and ceiling layouts. The design being a simple intervention of planted screens, aluminium framed glazed partitions and modular furniture. The teams are set up based on a typical dimension to enable the option for either open screening or glazed enclosed office spaces depending on whether the teams need additional privacy in the future.
