Exciting progress to share on the Airds Rd Logistics Hub project! We’re approaching the one-year mark since breaking ground on site at Airds Rd Minto for Charter Hall and the team from Prime Constructions Pty Ltd are making great progress on site, with: ✅ 2 out of 3 warehouse & office structures now complete on WHA & B. ✅ Office fitouts progressing at pace on WHA & B. ✅ third and final tenanted warehouse, which is 16.8m to the ridge, has structural steel currently being erected ✅ Internal warehouse slabs being poured on WHB. ✅ External hardstands and pavement works underway The development encompasses three warehouse and distribution centres totalling circa 50,000 m² of GLA across 149-155 Airds Road, Minto, situated within a well-established industrial zone with excellent access to Sydney’s wider arterial road network via Campbelltown Road and the Hume Motorway. As we celebrated International Women’s Day recently, it’s fantastic to see our all-female team of Michelle (Xue) Feng and Allie Chang working closely with Bryan Murphy, Hiten Bhudia, Isabelle Borg and Zane O'Donnell and the wider project team from PACE ARCHITECTS, Griffiths Engineers Australia, Costin Roe Consulting Pty Ltd, Sparks+Partners Consulting Engineers, and CORE Engineering Group as the project starts to hit its straps and motors home to the finish line later this year. Looking forward to sharing more updates of the finished product over the course of this year! #Construction #ProjectManagement #IWD #Logistics #industrial #Warehousing #Infrastructure
