We recently had the privilege of guest lecturing at Edith Cowan University (School of Engineering). In this lecture, we provided the students insights on how to apply their academic knowledge into real world applications. It was fantastic to engage with such bright and talented students who will undoubtedly become engineering leaders of our industry in the years to come. ✨️Week 3 of our 4 week intensive boot camp ✅️. We have wrapped up yet another productive week with all of our amazing and talented participants. ✨️ 🙌 📝 Week 3 of our training involved doing a 1-on-1 deep dive with each of our participants in the dark art of Cover Letter and CV Writing skills FOR ENGINEERS. There is so much information online "teaching" everyone how to write CVs. But they are never tailored for Engineers in the Perth Market! 🇦🇺🇦🇺 Our session was primarily focused on making sure all of our participants had their CVs and Cover Letters suited especially for the Australian/Perth Engineering industry. We also upskilled in the technique of collaboration with Architects, Builders and Clients. Every engineer's ABC! 🔤. These are CRITICAL skills for any engineer - yet skills completely missing from University Curriculum!
