We’re so thrilled to announce two fantastic and well deserved promotions within the STARK MATTHEWS team. Lucinda Bain is stepping into the spotlight as our new Account Director. Lucy’s journey with us has been nothing short of incredible. She’s joined us as a Senior Account Manager two and a half years ago and has grown tremendously during that time. She’s not just smart and strategic—she’s the powerhouse behind many of our successful campaigns and that regular drumbeat of buzz that drives our ‘always on’ PR activity and shiny results for our clients. Her dedication and creativity have helped bring us where we are today, and we can’t wait to see her shine even brighter in this new role. Then we have Hannah van Otterloo, who due to her outstanding leadership, strategic insight, and kind approach is stepping up to our most senior role we’ve had at SM—Senior Account Director. Hannah is a true leader and her vivacious energy and clever ideas, combined with her whatever-it-takes approach leave a lasting impression on everyone she meets. She’s not just a colleague; she’s a key part of heart and soul of our team, always bringing kindness and a memorable touch to everything she does. Lucy’s and Hannah’s promotions are a testament to their hard work, creativity, and unwavering dedication our clients and our agency. There’s nothing like an event to bring together the beauty community, so what better way to launch Ardell’s NEW Seamless Underlash Extensions? To spread the news, STARK MATTHEWS hosted Ardell’s Night In at The Ivy Penthouse, showing how easy the lash extensions are to apply at home while also honouring the best kind of night out – a night in. Photo opportunities were aplenty with picture perfect set ups in the iconic bathtub, a white feather bed, projections of beloved movies, soldered jewellery and a lash application bar, all complemented with champagne, blue margaritas and gold dusted brownies.

Back in February when the weather was much warmer, we celebrated National Almond Day with L'Occitane Australia by taking their beloved and iconic Almond Shower Oil on the road across Sydney. We engaged the wonderful Kombi & Co. team to work with us to create the L'Occitane Almond Kombi Van - an interactive and memorable consumer activation where passersby could win L'Occitane samples, have their skin hydration tested, indulge in fun games and savour delicious almond or lemon gelato. In honour of this year’s International Women’s Day, the STARK MATTHEWS team designed Elizabeth Arden’s very own…‘The Arden Mail’. Highlighting founder, and visionary, Elizabeth Arden. In 1912 Arden and 15,000 suffragettes marched through the streets of New York City demanding women be given the right to vote. Encouraging women to wear bright red lipstick as a symbol of power and resistance. Such a bold red lip became synonymous with strength and the unofficial uniform of the female liberation movement. To celebrate International Woman’s Day, every purchase on the Elizabeth Arden Australian website received a free Lip Colour Lipstick.
