The Government of South Australia is proposing to rezone a parcel of land in Elizabeth South to enable the site to be developed for new housing. The proposed rezoning presents an opportunity to increase the supply and variety of housing within an existing, well serviced residential area in the fast-growing northern suburbs. The site is situated south of John Rice Avenue, Elizabeth South between Philip Highway and Commercial Road, opposite the Lionsgate Business Park (former Holden factory site). The proposal is open for public consultation until 5 pm Monday 2 December. Read about the proposal, ask questions and submit your feedback at: https://bit.ly/4fh6lBf #Planning #SouthAustralia
