Another year, another memorable Victorian Mine Rescue Competition. Now in its 31st year, this is an incredibly important emergency simulation exercise prepared by the Minerals Council of Australia with the assistance of volunteers, sponsors and host mines. The 2024 competition took place in Bendigo over the weekend where eight mine rescue teams from across Victoria, New South Wales Tasmania participated.
