Meet Jyoti Chatla – our incredible Physiotherapy Clinical Coordinator. Let’s get know her a bit better: 💼 WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT WORKING AT VIVIR HEALTHCARE? I've been with Vivir Healthcare for nearly four years, and I currently serve as a Physiotherapy Clinical Coordinator. In this role, I provide clinical support to clinicians in home care, oversee team coordination, and handle various responsibilities. On top of that, I manage my own caseload in home care and NDIS, which I find incredibly rewarding. What I love most about working at Vivir Healthcare is the opportunity to make a real difference in our clients' lives, especially in home care. It's incredibly fulfilling to support both the clients and the clinicians who care for them. The variety of work settings is also something I appreciate. 🧡 WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE MEMORY WHILST WORKING WITH VIVIR / OR WITH RESIDENTS? One memory that stands out is with a client who was previously reliant on hoist transfers. After working together, they were able to walk short distances using a gutter frame—it was a huge milestone for them and so gratifying to see. Another memorable moment was helping a client who had lost hand mobility due to a fracture. It was amazing to watch their progress as they regained the ability to use their hand for everyday tasks. Moments like these remind me why I do what I do—the impact we have on our clients' lives is profound, and it's a privilege to be part of their journey to better health. 🌻 WHAT ARE YOUR HOBBIES OUTSIDE OF WORK? Outside of work, I love staying active by going to the gym, taking outdoor walks, and love going on short trips with my family—it’s a wonderful way to explore new places and spend quality time together. On the home front, I’m passionate about vegetable gardening and caring for my plants, which I find incredibly relaxing. #physiotherapy #homecare #healthcare
