Hi MOSAIC users 👋 a minor update for you. We've included ABS Residential Building Approvals as part of MOSAIC's Area Insights. ABS Residential Building Approvals data is at an Statistical Area 2 (SA2) and Local Government Area (LGA) level. This covers data from FY 2021 onwards and will be updated quarterly as data is made available. A further minor update and improvements for MOSAIC Users: 🚇 Addition of NSW's Transport Oriented Development Accelerated Precinct layer. 📏 Ability to disable labels for measurements. 🌈 Ability to change colour of measurements. 🐛 Minor bug fixes. The new Transit Oriented Accelerated Precinct layer for NSW shows the proposed area of the recently released set of precincts, including Bankstown, Bella Vista & Kellyville, Crows Nest, Homebush, Hornsby and Macquarie Park to be rezoned. 👇 Lidcombe TOD area and Homebush Accelerated TOD Precinct, State Significant Projects data and MOSAIC Area Insights.

This update includes a few enhancements to existing MOSAIC Pro features 👇 📄 Pro: Legend from visible layer features can now be included in Site Report 🏠 Pro: Added Housing Stock data for LGAs in Area Insights 🆒 Pro: Ability to view Area Insights data on the map. Once a layer is added to the map, a panel will enable you to change category and year being viewed 👇 Area Insights for ABS Weekly Household Income of $4,000+, by SA2, 2011 to 2021.
