The event brought together regional industry leaders to discuss trends in HR, the future of human resources management, with a special focus on the challenges in this area. With the keynote speech on “Effective HR Management in remote work environments” she highlighted the challenges faced by HR teams and crucial strategies for maintaining team productivity, efficiency, and engagement while fostering a strong organizational culture, despite the physical distance between HR and operating teams in this new era of decentralized operations. This approach aligns with Tabaterra’s dedication to innovation and people-centric solutions, ensuring that our teams continue to thrive no matter where they are working from.

Dear Connections! We are seeking a dedicated Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and assistance to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and services. Job responsibilities: - Assist users with troubleshooting hardware and software issues via phone, email, or in-person; - Log, prioritize, and track incidents and service requests using a ticketing system; - Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners; - Create, manage, and troubleshoot user accounts and permissions; - Maintain accurate records of work performed, solutions, and processes; - Offer basic training to users on new technologies, software, and best practices; - Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure they are functioning optimally; - Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or specialized teams when necessary; - Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems to prevent issues; - Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude when interacting with users. Requirements: - Education: A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred; - Experience: Previous experience in a helpdesk or technical support role is required; - Proficiency with Windows operating systems; - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications; - Familiarity with remote desktop applications and helpdesk software; - Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP); - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; - Ability to provide high-quality customer service and support; - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; - Certifications (Optional but preferred): CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or similar certifications; Language: Azerbaijani (Native), English (intermediate).
