With support from Embassy of Switzerland in Bangladesh 🇨🇭 we partnered with Citizen's Platform for SDGs, Bangladesh to host a dialogue on "National #SDG Report (VNR) 2025: Inclusion of the Expectations of the Left Behind." Bangladesh experienced a major political shift in August 2024, prompting a renewed focus on governance reforms. To ensure that youth perspectives shape this evolving landscape , the Centre on Budget and Policy at the University of Dhaka, in collaboration with UNDP, conducted a nationwide perception study. This policy brief highlights key findings on student priorities across eight reform areas, including public security, the judiciary, anti-corruption, electoral reform, freedom of expression, and employment. Hasina, from Lama upazila of Bandarban, is paving the way as the Community Mobilisation Facilitator for our #LoGIC project, a joint initiative of the Government of Bangladesh, United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) and UNDP.
