Therefore, we are pleased to announce the opening of our new customer care center in Ambarkhana, Sylhet, designed to deliver a seamless experience to our customers. In keeping with Grameenphone’s dedication to fostering a green and eco-friendly ecosystem, we built this center with minimal use of paper and plastic, ensuring that all materials are recyclable. Our services here will be up to 99.99% paperless. Additionally, the center is decorated with elements of nature, including Shitolpati, a local heritage of Sylhet, reflecting the cultural essence of the region. As a responsible brand, Grameenphone continuously strives to undertake impactful initiatives that promote environmental care.
