Under Project Credible, EARSC is leading a Focus Group dedicated to Earth observation for the monitoring, reporting, and verification #MRV of carbon farming which provides recommendations to the EC on the #CRCF implementation.  The following document (https://lnkd.in/dJgNAGXu) is the first brainstorming of the #EO contribution to monitor and collect data on land use, vegetation, soil health, and more, providing initial the insights needed to enable robust and affordable mapping and evaluation of carbon farming and for the enhancement of transparency and credibility of carbon removal schemes.
