She delved into the need of the aviation sector to undergo very significant reductions in order to reach global net zero GHG emissions. Related aspects explored included diminishing air transport traffic, improving energy efficiency, and replacing fossil jet fuel by energy carriers with lower life cycle GHG emissions. Hosted by DG MOVE, the event brings together experts from various transport and logistics communities to support the European Commission in promoting the #digitaltransformation of the transport and logistics sector. Discussions included the DTLF's five-year agenda and crucial focus areas like ongoing implementation of the #eFTIRegulation.
