The ENQA Workshop on Staff Development 🆙 for QA Agencies will take place on 12 December in Brussels. 💡 Through case examples and sharing of experience between participants, the workshop will explore the competencies needed by staff in QA agencies, and initiatives by agencies to provide professional development and attractive working environments for their staff. The 2nd SEQA-ESG 2 (Supporting European QA Agencies in meeting the ESG) peer-learning workshop 🧑🏫 took place this week in Brussels (Belgium), kindly hosted by VLUHR QA (Flemish Higher Education Council). 🔎 The workshop revolved around peer-review experts, focusing on ESG 2.4., the training of external experts, and other relevant topics.
