The latest of our member-only academia webinars was delivered by Professor Gabriele Tebaldi from Università degli Studi di Parma earlier this month and was attended by close to 50 industry professionals from member companies🤝🏻 The webinar focused on the characteristics of reclaimed asphalt, which include binder content, binder properties, chemistry and aggregate type, as well as factors affecting recycled asphalt properties. 🌟 Our New Year’s Reception, held at La Maison des Travaux in Paris last week, saw over 100 bitumen industry professionals in attendance. The Asphalt Institute Foundation recently released a summary report of its research project which evaluates the potential impacts of energy transition scenarios on the asphalt industry and identifies opportunities to reduce carbon emissions across the asphalt binder value chain.
