📢 Exciting news from the #Germany 🇩🇪 Search and Selection Market 🔍🌟 Yesterday, the Bundesverband Deutscher Unternehmensberatungen (BDU) e. V. presented its annual study on the German #SearchandSelection market. The findings were shared by Wolfram C. Tröger, Vice President of #ECSSA and Vice President of the BDU, along with Arne Adrian, Chairman of the BDU Executive Search Sector Group 📊 The German market for #ExecutiveSearch experienced a 2.5% drop in revenue in 2023, reaching a total turnover of 2.9 billion euros. A further decline of 3.5% is expected for 2024, with the downturn driven mainly by a noticeable drop in traditional executive search. Uncertainties caused by the current economic and political landscape are leaving significant marks on companies' hiring strategies. As Wolfram C. Tröger explains: "𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘬𝘦𝘵 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘷𝘰𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘴. 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘰𝘮𝘪𝘤 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘱𝘰𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭 𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘪𝘴 𝘥𝘳𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘶𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘳𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘺 𝘪𝘯 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘦𝘴, 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯 𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘥𝘦𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘯𝘦𝘸 𝘦𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘰𝘺𝘦𝘦𝘴."
