With the entry into force of the European Health Data Space (EHDS) Regulation this week, the transition phase towards its application begins. The EHDS will provide a comprehensive framework for the access to and use of electronic health data across EU countries and strengthen health innovation and competitiveness. Earlier this week, the European Health Data Space (EHDS) Regulation officially entered into force. The #EU4Health HealthData@EU Pilot project has worked to build a pilot of the #EHDS infrastructure for the secondary use of health data to support research, innovation and policy making ⤵️
