𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗱: 𝗪𝗧𝗚 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 We are thrilled to announce that the delivery of all Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) components for both pilot farm projects is now complete! This significant milestone brings us one step closer to making these projects a reality. This week in Port of Port-La Nouvelle, the Euroports team, our subcontract Mammoet and Vestas successfully offloaded and stored: • 3 Nacelles • 3 Bottom Sections • 3 Mid Sections • 3 Top Sections These components are part of the LES EOLIENNES FLOTTANTES DU GOLFE DU LION project, which will resume in Spring 2025, when we will integrate the turbines onto the floaters. This marks an exciting next phase in the journey towards a cleaner energy future! A big thank you to everyone involved in making this happen!

𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗮: 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 In October, Euroports China successfully delivered wood pulp to a key paper manufacturer in Henan Province using an innovative and eco-friendly multimodal solution. This marks a major advancement in our commitment to fostering sustainable logistics while improving operational efficiency. Starting from Changshu Port in Jiangsu Province, the cargo followed a newly established barge and truck route, significantly reducing environmental impact compared to conventional road transport. The journey covered 945 km along the historic Grand Canal, a 2,500-year-old waterway that remains essential for modern shipping. In the previous logistics set-up, delivering the same volume would have required 5 to 6 trucks per day for 7 consecutive days. However, the new solution enables a single barge to transport that volume over a 9-day period, removing more than 30 trucks from the road per barge trip. This shift not only reduces carbon emissions but also decongests the overburdened road networks, contributing to a more sustainable transport infrastructure. Upon arrival at Zhoukou Port, the customer was able to collect the goods on the same day, ensuring seamless delivery and optimising the last mile of the supply chain. Even with the final truck leg, the overall solution provides a more efficient and eco-friendly option for our client.

𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗹𝗮 𝗡𝗼𝘂𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 Last week, Euroports welcomed 90 global executives from the offshore wind sector (among others; Port Authorities, Developers, Manufacturers and Engineering companies) to an exclusive event in Port-La Nouvelle. Euroports CEO Frederic Platini outlined our strategy for offshore wind infrastructure supported by our shareholders with presentations and discussions from industry leaders like BlueFloat Energy, Copenhagen Offshore Partners, PMV, Port of Port-La Nouvelle, Siemens Gamesa, and Vestas. Key discussions focused on risk mitigation, and collaboration across the sector. Experiences were shared around Port-La Nouvelle model and the positioning of this port as a leader in the Mediterranean offshore wind market. A key highlight of the event was a visit to the floating wind terminal at the port of Port-La Nouvelle, organised by the Euroports local team, led by our Managing Director Olivier RUTH. This visit provided attendees with a firsthand look at the terminal's operations and infrastructure, further cementing Port-La Nouvelle's position as the leader in floating offshore wind port operations in the Mediterranean area. The Port-La Nouvelle terminal is home to groundbreaking projects such as LES EOLIENNES FLOTTANTES DU GOLFE DU LION and Eolmed, both key offshore floating wind initiatives fully supported by Euroports. Euroports is strongly committed to the Offshore Wind Industry and intends to play a critical role for this industry in Europe in the years to come. We would like to thank all attendees for making this event an inspiring and engaging experience. 𝘍𝘰𝘳 𝘧𝘶𝘭𝘭 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘦, 𝘱𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘦 𝘷𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘵 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘤𝘰𝘳𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘸𝘦𝘣𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘦.

𝗧𝗔𝟱𝟭𝟴 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹, 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗽'𝘀 𝗦𝘄𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘁, 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝘅𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆!" At the start of October, we will once again commence operations for the new sugar campaign at our Antwerp terminal. This year, as in previous seasons, we expect an exceptionally busy period. We are already confident that the terminal will be operating at full capacity, handling the maximum volume of sugar storage available. Our TA518 terminal -also known as Manufert-, one of the largest, if not the largest independent port terminal in Europe dedicated to beet sugar, plays a crucial role in the supply chain – a key asset we proudly refer to as "the sugar jar of Antwerp." Throughout this season, our highly skilled team will be fully engaged in managing the influx of sugar, ensuring that each step of the process is carried out with precision and in line with the highest standards of food safety (IFS standards), quality and efficiency. The experience and expertise of our workforce are critical factors in delivering consistent, reliable service year after year, making our terminal the go-to destination in the sugar belt-region for both sugar imports and exports. As the global demand for sugar continues to grow across the food and beverage industries, our facility remains perfectly positioned to accommodate this increase, providing seamless logistics solutions and optimising storage capacity. For our clients, this means minimal disruption, maximum performance, the highest flexibility, and confidence that their goods are in capable hands. In fact, it’s quite likely that the sugar in your coffee, biscuit, or sweet was expertly managed by our team here at TA518 – and we’re ready to continue delivering top-tier service for many seasons to come.
