Last week, we participated in the Brussels Management Challenge at ICHEC, where we engaged with around 300 talented students from diverse educational backgrounds. During this 2-day event, we presented them with a concrete business case and shared the expertise of our jury members (Alexa Mabonga, Mathilde Verelst and Maxime Moiens). We were very glad to empower young talents by offering them a glimpse into real-world challenges, thereby bridging the gap between academic learning and professional practice. 🚀 We thank all the participating students for their enthusiasm, energy and insights!

❓ What The Finance ❓ Did you know that only 5%* of young people consider themselves financially well informed? Yet financial health is an essential building block for a stable and resilient society. To address this, ING is proud to announce the launch of the 'What The Finance' Fund. Created in partnership with King Baudouin Foundation, this Fund aims to promote financial health and inclusion for all Belgians. The Fund will support both local and national projects of non-profit organisations. In total, ING will donate 500,000 euros for this purpose in 2025. It is part of ING’s ambition to strengthen its role in society and provide the necessary oxygen for a more financially inclusive society. Join us in building a financially inclusive Belgium! 💪 🔗 Read the full press release: Dutch - https://lnkd.in/eAv9WcFh French - https://lnkd.in/eWaGcHH5 English - https://lnkd.in/euYtMjma #FinancialInclusion #FinancialHealth #ING #WhatTheFinance #ProudtobeING *research by the University College of West Flanders
