Yesterday, together with architect MAX DUDLER GmbH, who provided the artistic direction, and landscape architect BUREAU BAS SMETS, we proudly won the award for 'Best Mixed Use Architecture Belgium' for our Scheldehof project, located in the Nieuw Zuid district in Stad Antwerpen, at the International Property Awards in London! 🏆 John Eyers had the honor of receiving this prestigious award. 🙌 A huge thank you to Triple Living, the client and developer, for their invaluable partnership, and to Jan De Nul Group and BAM Interbuild bv, the contractors, for their excellent work. Jaspers-Eyers Architects have offices in Brussels, Leuven and Hasselt and have been going through a large international expansion for the past few years. Led by John Eyers & Jean-Michel Jaspers it provides full services regarding architecture, urban planning, programming, graphic and interior design. The extensive portfolio that has been built up over the past 50 years ranges from mixed-use renovations as Espace Jacqmotte to high-rise building, masterplans, offices, hotels, residences, airports, shopping centers and football stadiums. The international expansion includes amongst others countries as Japan, Poland, Belarus, Kazachstan and Ukraine. The office strives to provide quality design in balance to functionality, cost and timing, hereby always maintaining a strong focus on ecological aspects and durability. The aim is to provide architecture that communicates and interacts with community, context and its environment. At campus Park 7 in Diegem, the new office building Onyx, spanning 16,000 m², is the first in Belgium to earn the prestigious WELL Gold certification. This certification assesses buildings based on their contribution to the well-being and health of users, focusing on factors such as air quality, noise control, and mental health. Today, the brand-new parking facility at Bouwcampus 2.0 was officially opened! In the presence of Deputy Tom Vandeput and Mayor Rik Kriekels, the first car entered the building. With a construction period of just 8 months, from January until now, the project was completed in record time. Just in time for the upcoming academic year, free parking is now available for campus visitors and students. The parking garage currently accommodates 350 cars, with the potential for expansion to 500 spaces in the future. This project was commissioned by the Provincie Limburg and Limburg DC, and executed by POM Limburg (Provinciale Ontwikkelingsmaatschappij Limburg). Meiboom te Diegem B&B hotel voor ION develop different
𝗧𝗿𝗼𝘁𝘀 𝗲𝗻 𝘃𝗿𝗲𝘂𝗴𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝗽 𝗛𝗼𝗼𝗴𝘁𝗲: 𝗠𝗲𝗶𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘃𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗽 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗕&𝗕 𝗛𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗗𝗶𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗺 🌳 Na 10 maanden van hard werken heeft ons project B&B Hotels in Diegem het einde van de ruwbouwfase en ook het hoogste punt bereikt. Deze mijlpaal wilde STRABAG Belgium Regio Zuid/West vieren met een feestelijke meiboomviering. Samen met onze klant ION develop different, eindklant B&B HOTELS GROUP, Jaspers-Eyers Architects, Champels Creative Hospitality (Interior Architects van B&B Hotels), studiebureau MACOBO-STABO en onze onderaannemers vierden we niet alleen dit belangrijke resultaat, maar ook onze gezamenlijke inspanningen. 🎉 Ons werfteam had speciaal voor de viering een gezellige en smakelijke lunch georganiseerd voor alle aanwezigen. Ook de arbeiders en werfmedewerkers genoten mee van sappige hamburgers met knapperige frietjes. Nadien trokken we met z'n allen naar het hoogste punt van de werf voor het ceremoniële gedeelte. Daar, op de top van het gebouw, plaatsten we een prachtige olijfboom als symbool van groei en voorspoed! 🌳 🙏🏼 We willen ons werfteam van harte bedanken voor de meer dan fantastische organisatie van deze viering. Daarnaast willen we ook alle collega's van STRABAG Belgium danken die hebben bijgedragen aan het bereiken van dit geweldige resultaat! Deze viering motiveert hun des te meer om met evenveel enthousiasme en toewijding verder te werken aan de volgende fases van dit mooie project! 💪 🏩 Project B&B Hotels is een sleutel-op-de-deur project van een nieuw hotel van de B&B HOTELS GROUP in Diegem.
