Who are we? JCI is the leading global network of young active citizens. What do we do? We provide development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change. What does JCI give you? The chance to achieve more than you would have thought you were capable of as a young, active citizen, as a family, business, social and political leader. The framework to create a positive impact in your life, your business, your community and the life of many people all over the world. JCI is the acronym of Junior Chamber International. We are a non-profit organization of 170,000 young people aged between 18 and 40, present in 5,000 local communities and more than 110 countries around the world. Each JCI Member shares the belief that in order to create a lasting positive change, we must improve ourselves and the world around us. We strive for effective solutions to the unique problems in our communities in order to build a better world, thereby creating global impact.
