At Paleo, we are rewriting the story of meat. First, we hunted. Then, we bred. Now, we brew. We brew the crucial meat ingredient that makes plant-based products look, taste and act more like the real deal. By helping manufacturers in convincing consumers, we accelerate the #ProteinShift. Because we care. We care for the animals, for our next generations and for providing nutritious foods. We care for the planet and the legacy that we’ll pass on. That's why, to produce our animal heme proteins, we no longer use animals. Instead, we use yeast. At Paleo, we don’t need to breed, transport or slaughter livestock.
