Protex Healthcare was incorporated in the United Kingdom in 1999 with the aim of developing high-end wound dressings, such as Vacutex, its flagship brand. Since 2015, and due to a change of ownership, Protex has restarted its product development activities in order to complete its range of products for the treatment and healing of complex wounds.
