We are thrilled to share a masterpiece crafted by Maltese chocolatier Tiziano Cassar - a life-size sculpture of the legendary goalkeeper, Gianluigi Buffon, made from Veliche Essential 54 dark chocolate. This stunning tribute was unveiled earlier this week at the Ħamrun Chocolate Festival in Malta, sponsored by our partner, MacBake. It beautifully showcases Tiziano’s skill and creativity, while highlighting Veliche's versatility and workability - ideal for everything from bold sculptures to delicate desserts! We are proud and honored that Veliche played a part in this creative journey.  And guess what? Last week, a group of 80 talented chefs and students from Ter Groene Poorte bakery school had an inspiring demo session with Veliche™ Gourmet & LEMAN DECORATIONS, organized by VABA. Chefs Peter Remmelzwaal and Stijn Vandevelde showcased the art of creating exquisite desserts, cakes, and pastries. Using Veliche™ Gourmet products and LEMAN DECORATIONS the students learned new techniques and flavors, resulting in stunning creations.
