Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freelance Headhunter to join our team on a commission basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment or executive search, with a proven track record of placing high-caliber professionals. As a Freelance Headhunter, you will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and placing candidates in roles across a variety of industries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and engage potential candidates, including social media, networking, job boards, and industry-specific resources.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with client companies.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing regular updates on the search process.
  • Negotiation: Facilitate the negotiation process between clients and candidates, ensuring both parties reach a mutually beneficial agreement.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide clients with up-to-date market insights.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a headhunter, recruiter, or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of various industries and job functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
  • A strong network of contacts within your industry of expertise.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.


Compensation: This is a commission-based role. You will receive a percentage of the placement fee for each successful candidate placed. The more candidates you place, the more you earn. Specific commission rates will be discussed during the interview process.
