Knowing the Brussels clients, understanding their expectations, and presenting the commercial mix of the 29 Brussels retail districts is a valuable asset, compiled in the Barometer of Brussels Retail Districts 2024 by hub.brussels, to attract foreign retailers. https://lnkd.in/et3fCCFc Jutta Buyse, Director of the International Network, along with Cécile Veyrié Nicolas Dehon from Business Unit Retail, and Olivier Costa, General Representative of the Brussels Region in Paris, joined forces to prospect promising target concepts among the 600 exhibitors at Le Salon Franchise Expo Paris earlier this week. Several retail brands expressed interest in establishing a shop in Brussels during the fair and were invited to take part in a Retail Tour. This tailor-made visit program is designed for retail investors. Every year, BU Retail at hub.brussels organizes around a dozen tours, half of which are specifically designed to convince foreign retail concepts to expand to Brussels. We believe these steps will bring Brussels residents new products and services, create jobs, and generate economic added value in the city's shopping areas. We’ll keep you posted!

Notre Délégué Général à #Varsovie , a découvert la société   GR'EAT GRANOLA et ses produits dans une action qu’il organisé lui même pour hub.brussels    en juin 2024, une invitation d’#acheteurs de Pologne  dans le secteur #alimentaire. Ayant participé aux rencontres B2B à Bruxelles (notamment pour aider dans les questions de traduction pointue) notre DG avait entendu la réponse du représentant de Great’Granola à la question d’un acheteuse polonaise       « what is the best selling argument of Great’Granola ? –  simply, taste ! « .  Facile à dire, pensait notre DG. mais en sentant craquer sous les dents ces céréales et fruits sec bio, et en laissant se déployer un flot de saveur, il a pensé que cette affirmation avait tout son sens. Hub.brussels ayant non seulement invité, entre autres, ensemble la Directrice des achats d’un groupe de Carrefour franchisés polonais premium « Ekomarket », mais aussi le plus grand importateur de produits bio polonais, qui ont donc pu échanger leur impressions directement à Bruxelles, la procédure d’importation se mettre en place rapidement. Les boites en formes de maison de GG sont donc disponibles dans plusieurs Carrefour de Varsovie, et sont appréciées des clients. Les acheteuses polonaises ont aussi apprécié que le produit de Great’ Granola est non seulement innovant dans son contenu mais aussi dans son contenant. Ces emballages en carton recyclés en forme de petite maison sont seulement attirent l’attention mais sont très facile à ranger dans des rayons de supermarché. Idéal pour le #retail. Enfin, notons dans que dans sa communication sur emballage, la petite PME bruxelloise n’oublie pas « le pays d’où elle vient ».
