Earlier this month, members of our Claims and Legal departments visited Covenant House New Jersey to teach youth about the reinsurance industry. Arch Re has a longstanding partnership with Covenant House, which provides housing and support to young people in need, regardless of their background. The group presented on the basics of reinsurance, various career paths in the industry and even shared a bit more about their own roles.
