✨️The last day of the 4th BPC began with the Keynote Speech: Tecnologies and R&D Investiments for Innovation presented by Dr. Daniel Maia from ANP – Agência Nacional de Petróleo. After the Keynote Speech, Sessions on Technological Frontiers: R&D Investments and Pre-Salt: What is next? took place. The Closing Session adressed the theme Perspectives and Vision of the Future of E&P and Energy Industries and an emotional tribute was paid to geologist Guilherme Estrella, former director of E&P at Petrobras, for his legacy in Geosciences and E&P industry in Brazil closing the last session of the event. A Leadership Meeting was the last activity of the 4th BPC. Official photos will be available soon. #bpc2024

✨ The second day of the 4th BPC began with the main lecture in celebration of the 50th anniversary of Garoupa in the Campos Basin.  We had a full session to discuss Geoenergies and CCUS, Mature Fields, and a special session in the end of the day highlighting the importance of inclusion of minority groups in the Oil and Gas industry. #bpc2024 #petroleum #conference

✨ The 4th BPC began yesterday with a successful Opening Ceremony with the presences of Petrobras and EPE Presidents Magda Chambriard and Thiago Prado. Petrobras was awarded by the 50th Anniversary of Campos Basin and EPE for the 20 years of creation. BPC Honorary Chair, Sylvia Anjos  made a presentation on the history of BPC from the 1st edition up to the 4th edition of this Conference. ABGP President Carla Araujo, SPE Brazil Section Carlos Alberto Pedroso and SBGf - Sociedade Brasileira de Geofísica Luiz Braga were the hosts of the Opening Ceremony. 📍After opening Ceremony two Sessions on New Exploratory Frontiers I and New Exploratory Frontiers II with 9 presentation took place. ✨Stay tunned in our page, the next two days habe huge expectations! #bpc2024 #riodejaneiro
